See Customers with 20/20 Vision


Having offered Customer Surveys for a number of years, and in response to client demand, Business Dynamics has launched a new product - the 20/20 Customer Survey. This is a slimmed-down and packaged version of their normal customised survey, and designed to meet the needs of the economic downturn.

For a fixed price of £995, we will assist you in preparing a questionnaire of up to 20 questions, targeted at up to 20 customers. We will then carry out the survey, noting any specific comments, and make a presentation to you on the results generated via our analysis tool.

Accounting Support Required


One of our clients requires a support person to provide backup services to the accounting, sales, and logistics team. The key requirement is a good knowledge of an accounting package called AccPac. This person will work as part of a close-knit team, providing training, support, and backup to the various departments, and filling in for members of the existing team during holidays and sickness.

The right person will be self-motivated, a good communicator, and dedicated to ensuring that the detail of any job is complete, against a backdrop of the overall strategy of the business. Remuneration will be appropriate to the level of expertise and experience.

Business Dynamics, via it's assessment company Innovative Testing, have now become accredited with the Belbin system of Team Role Management. By using the system companies can ensure they are recruiting staff who can operate with the most comfortable team role profiles. Additionally, the system can analyse the effectiveness of teams, and assist in the methods of Measuring, Managing, Motivating, and Mentoring of such teams.

Newsletters Are a Real Pain

One of the best forms of communication with customers and suppliers is the corporate newsletter, yet so often the process of producing one takes forever. Nobody can think of good stories, and no time is available to contact customers for case studies. In Vino Veritas


In March 2008 Business Dynamics carried out one of their Client Surveys for wine company Bordeaux Wine Investments. The highly detailed analysis showed a superb level of service within most departments, yet indicated reduced satisfaction in the major area of Logistics. As a result some significant changes were made, which included a higher level of IT automation, resulting in the consequent mini-survey giving far better feedback.

Double Glazing for Business Dynamics

In October 2007, Business Dynamics MD, Martin Stanton and EMC colleague Desmond High were approached by an insolvency practitioner. The IP had visited a commercial glazing company in Edenbridge, that were in financial difficulties, and he thought that there was an opportunity for a turnaround. EMC, through Directors Martin and Desmond, won the project, against stiff competition from both London and rurally-based consultancies, and started with a 2-month project to assess the viability and strength of the company.

In January 2008, Martin and Desmond were appointed as Chief Executive and Joint Chairman, respectively, and commenced a total re-engineering of the business. As the company had been in existence for 50 years, the reputation in the market was good, but the internal processes and people seemed to have been developed in the Middle Ages. The challenge for the two consultants is to introduce processes and attitudes which will help the business grow through the next few years. Business Dynamics Introduces Skills Testing


Business Dynamics has just launched a new skills testing service for companies, under a new division - Innovative Testing. The web-based tests range from simple numeracy and literacy, to more complex topics such as Microsoft Office, and Call Centre operations. The key uses for these tests are recruitment, training needs analysis, compliance checking, and skills measurement.

A unique feature of the service is the ability to create custom tests for clients, focusing on their own products, locations, or industry. With the ability to mix and match subject matter, the client can specify a testing regime that precisely matches their needs.

Outsourced Marketing for Windlesham Manor


For the last year or so, Business Dynamics has handled the marketing for local care home, Windlesham Manor. Having helped to develop the web site, and rebranded the home with new brochures and stationery, it now manages all aspects of marketing. Proprietor, Sue Carey, said "It is nice to be able to focus on our residents, knowing that Business Dynamics is dealing with all the marketing issues". Windlesham has a huge amount of history associated with it, having been the home of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, author of the Sherlock Holmes stories.

Express Medicals DVD

We have just completed a sales DVD for Express Medicals, a medical screening company based just across the Thames from Canary Wharf, in London. The film can be viewed on their website, http://www.expressmedicals.co.uk, and it is also being used as a mailer.

The Director was David Pollock, and we used actors with previous credits in Hollyoaks, and mainstream TV advertising. Express Medicals MD, Dr Dan Hegarty, said "My co-director and I are absolutely delighted with the Business Dynamics film. It allows us to demonstrate our sales proposition to prospective clients, whilst we are in their offices".
